This is where you get to journaling. After learning, open your journal and write out what you’ve learned: the new words, grammar points, and example sentences you learned. You can also write down any questions, points of confusion, useful expressions, or notes you want to remember.
It helps to look back and review what you’ve written.
Review any words or grammar points you’ve forgotten, then continue learning.
