John: literally meaning "woman." And when it's used as a slang expression, it also means "woman."

Be careful — when used among young people, this word can be a common word to refer to any woman, but when used with elderly people and in a formal setting, the tone may be offensive and refer — in a derogatory tone — to an older woman.
